A bright and cheery August Wedding
I love how this couple's wedding day unfolded with love, laughter and celebration! The week of the wedding the weather forecast was calling for an 80% chance of rain and the bride's dream wedding day was to have an outdoor reception. If you have been a bride before you know what it feels like to have plans not go quite as planned. But we prayed about it and trusted God's plan to turn out the way that it was supposed to! I was amazed at how Keely stayed cheerful throughout the week of the wedding discussion.
The wedding morning dawned and turned into a overcast and hazy day. The lighting was perfect to do the first look in the sunflower field in front of the bride's home. We ended up taking some bride and groom portraits there as well! Then from there we headed to the OARDC in Wooster to do Bridal Party pictures. The bridal party was so much fun! Just check out the pictures below! Tim and Keely, ya'll have some amazing friends!
Their wedding colors were a sunflower yellow, light/ dusty blue, gray and lots of white! Let me tell you, these colors were very well balanced in their wedding decor. Most brides tend to use a ton of color when reality is that the more neutral colors you use, the more it'll make the main color pop! Their tables clothes were white, which gave it a really "weddingish" look and then they had beautiful sunflower bouquets on the table.
As the wedding day went on, the sun finally peaked out and the rain clouds disappeared. Praised the Lord for holding the rain off for the entire wedding day! They were able to have their greenhouse wedding ceremony and an outdoor/ backyard reception like they had planned! Check out the Mohican Gardens to plan your next event!
Tim and Keely, I enjoyed getting to know you to as a church family and being a part of your dream wedding. It was an honer to photograph your wedding! I wish you a joyful, life-long marriage! May God Bless. - Jolene
